報名須知REGISTRATION NOTICE

1. 錄取名單Final list of Participants
   • 以MÜST最終公佈為主。To be announced on the camp website and MÜST Facebook / Instagram pages.
2. 創作方式：
   1. 小組創作，由MÜST分組。
   2. 內容不得涉及政治議題、抄襲、人身攻擊或妨礙社會秩序善良風俗。
   3. 換組一次，每組至少創作一首作品；第一次分組之創作必須為中文歌詞。
   4. 創作完成權利比例以均分為原則，若共同創作人另有協議則不在此限。
   Working notice：
   1. Team work
   2. All musical works created or performed must not involve politics, plagiarism, personal attacks or disrupt social order and customs.
   3. Every participant will belong to 2 distinct teams throughout the camp. Each team needs to complete at least 1 work, and the lyrics of the work created by your first team shall be in Chinese.
   4. Share split for completed works: equal-share basis, except when the writers have reached other agreements.
3. 活動公約：
   1. 全程參與，不得請假。
   2. 創作期間嚴禁訪客，除了由MÜST邀請或同意參訪之人員。
      （前述參訪人員尊重不打擾各組成員或干涉創作進度）
   3. 不得擅自對外揭露未公開之創作營作品。
   4. 應配合MÜST進行創作營及其他與MÜST相關之著作權宣導。
   5. 支持創作營合作單位之行銷活動。
   Convention：
   1. Full attendance required.
   2. No visitors during working hours, except for those who are invited or agreed by MÜST. (The above-mentioned visitors shall not disturb or interfere with the creating.)
   3. Not permitted to disclose unpublished works of the Camp.
   4. Cooperating with MÜST to take photographs/video records of the Camp and other copyright promotion activities.
   5. Agreeing to support the marketing activities of collaborating organizations of the Camp.
4. 其他：
   1. 本次活動之住宿圓山大飯店為加選服務：
      • 本國籍成員。
        －不強制住宿，惟不得影響各組創作進度。
        －自負往返交通費用。（可報請免除飯店停車費）。
      • 須由MÜST申請活動期間在台工作證之外國籍成員。
        －必須入住。
      • MÜST提供兩人一室房型（含早），不得指定室友。
   2. MÜST提供創作期間餐食或代金，不住宿成員請自負每日早餐。
   3. 參與成員必須具備日常英文溝通能力。
   4. 創作營涉及之相關權利，包括但不限於肖像權、錄音著作權、詞曲音樂著作權、公開傳輸權、公開播送權、公開演出權，同意授權MÜST在非營利性、與創作營合作單位及推廣著作權之目的使用。
   5. 因創作營所提供之個人資料及相關資訊，MÜST在創作營及後續推廣著作權之目的下，同意MÜST進行處理及利用。
   6. MÜST保留規劃、調整或終止創作營之權利，相關規定以MÜST官網(包括社群粉絲專頁等)及現場公告為主。
   7. 報名前請詳閱上述資訊，報名表單一經送出，視為同意創作營之全部規範。
   Others：
   1. MÜST will provide meals and accommodation during the Camp (double occupancy).
   2. Basic communication skills in English is required.
   3. Agreeing to authorize MÜST the rights derived from the Camp including but not limited to portrait right, sound recording right, musical copyright, public transmission right, public broadcasting right and public performance right for the use of non-profit, camp collaboration, and copyright promotion purposes.
   4. Agreeing with MÜST to the usage of the professional personal data provided in the application for the Camp and for copyright promotion.
   5. MÜST reserves the right to modify and regulate the details and terminate the Camp. More notice will be announced on the Camp website and MÜST Facebook page.
   6. By submitting the application, the applicant agrees to all Camp regulations.
