  • Day 5 9/10（四）聽歌派對、媒合會、歡送會 成果展演與交流
  • Day 6 9/11（五）退房（上午10時） 行程結束

報名與公告

  • 5/22 上午10:00~6/4全球創作人皆可線上報名，未成年者需另簽署監護人同意書，非本國籍者，請確認活動期間可全程參與。
  • 常規成員：全程參與本活動，並享MÜST所有活動配套。
  • 飛行成員：可參與9/6、9/10活動及單日創作（9/7~9其中一日），並享部份活動配套。
  • 入選資格由MÜST遴選委員會評定；為擴大在地及本會創作人參與機會，7/10將透過直播抽籤，抽出最終飛行成員。
  • 最終名單以MÜST公佈為主。

創作方式

  • 小組創作，由MÜST分組，每日換組。
  • 飛行成員於每日上午10點完成報到。
  • 每組至少創作一首作品，每日晚上9點交歌。
  • 內容不得涉及政治議題、抄襲、人身攻擊或妨礙社會秩序善良風俗。
  • 依著作權法保障「人的創作」為基礎，MÜST鼓勵原創與共創，本活動請勿使用ＡＩ生成及服務。
  • 創作完成權利比例以均分為原則，若共同創作人另有協議則不在此限。

活動公約

  • 來賓限MÜST邀請或同意參訪之人員，來賓不得打擾成員或干涉創作進度。
  • 不得擅自對外揭露未公開之創作營作品。
  • 應配合MÜST進行創作營及其他與MÜST相關之著作權宣導。
  • 支持創作營合作單位之行銷活動。

其他

  • 住宿與三餐
    1. 活動期間提供加選住宿圓山飯店，房型為兩人一室，不得指定室友。
    2. 常規成員（具本國籍）不強制住宿，惟不得影響各組創作進度。
    3. 須由MÜST申請活動期間在台工作證之外國籍成員，必須入住。

    以下為餐食與住宿配套對照（方便比對差異）：

  • 交通
    1. MÜST提供機場接送服務。
    2. 所有成員可報請免除飯店停車費。
    3. 其它往返交通費用皆請自負。
  • 參與成員必須具備日常英文溝通能力。
  • 創作營涉及之相關權利，包括但不限於肖像權、錄音著作權、詞曲音樂著作權、公開傳輸權、公開播送權、公開演出權，同意授權MÜST在非營利性、與創作營合作單位及推廣著作權之目的使用。
  • 因創作營所提供之個人資料及相關資訊，MÜST在創作營及後續推廣著作權之目的下，同意MÜST進行處理及利用。
  • MÜST保留規劃、調整或終止創作營之權利，相關規定以MÜST官網(包括社群粉絲專頁等)及現場公告為主。
  • 報名前請詳閱上述資訊，報名表單一經送出，視為同意創作營之全部規範。

上述皆以台灣時間為主。

CAMP SCHEDULE

REGISTRATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

  • May 22, 10:00 AM–June 4, online registration. minors must sign Agreement from Legal Presentative, non-citizens, please confirm that you can participate in the entire event.
  • Regular Members: Full participation, have all MÜST activity service.
  • Daily Members: Participate in the entire event on September 6 and 10, being a day creation session (one day from September 7th to 9th), and have some event service.
  • Selection criteria will be determined by the MÜST committee; to broaden participation opportunities for local and MÜST creators, a live lottery will be held on July 10 to select some guest members.
  • The final list is subject to MÜST's official announcement.

WORKING NOTICE

  • Team work.
  • Daily Members should complete registration by 10AM.
  • Each team needs to complete at least 1 work, and hand in work at 9PM every day.
  • All musical works created or performed must not involve politics, plagiarism, personal attacks or disrupt social order and customs.
  • Based on the copyright law that protects "human creation," MÜST encourages originality and co-creation. Please do not use ai services in this event.
  • Share split for completed works: equal-share basis, except when the writers have reached other agreements.

CONVENTION

  • No visitors during working hours, except for those who are invited or agreed by MÜST.
  • Not permitted to disclose unpublished works of the Camp.
  • Cooperating with MÜST to take photographs/video records of the Camp and other copyright promotion activities.
  • Agreeing to support the marketing activities of collaborating organizations of the Camp.

OTHERS

  • Accommodation & Meals
    1. MÜST will provide meals and accommodation during the Camp (double occupancy).
    2. Regular Members (with native nationality): accommodation is not mandatory.
    3. Foreign members requiring a Taiwan work permit through MÜST must stay at the arranged accommodation.

  • Transportation
    1. MÜST provides airport shuttle service.
    2. Hotel parking is free for all members.
    3. Please pay for your own transportation within the city.
  • Basic communication skills in English are required.
  • Agreeing to authorize MÜST the rights derived from the Camp including but not limited to portrait right, sound recording right, musical copyright, public transmission right, public broadcasting right and public performance right for the use of non-profit, camp collaboration, and copyright promotion purposes.
  • Agreeing with MÜST to the usage of the professional personal data provided in the application for the Camp and for copyright promotion.
  • MÜST reserves the right to modify and regulate the details and terminate the Camp. More notice will be announced on the Camp website and MÜST Facebook page.
  • Please read the information above before registering. By submitting the application, you agree to all camp regulations.
